There are eggs and then there are really good eggs!

I’ve tried to explain this to some egg eating friends of mine, but this picture really says it.  NOW…if you really want to try a fresh country egg breakfast, fry up some true “forager eggs” with duck fat.  The Cala’s brought us some duck fat a while back and it made all the  difference in the world.  The taste was amazing!
