Oriental Pasta
½ cup reduced sodium Soy Sauce
6 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup sesame oil
3 tbsp scallions (green only)
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tbsp peeled and minced ginger root
Noodles, carrots, snow peas.
Mix all together.
Enjoy!
